The Award

If you are you an African citizen and you have a business idea that will create jobs, improve lives and raise the standard of living in Africa, gear up: apply for the African Entrepreneurship Award 2018 edition.

The African Entrepreneurship Award is giving away $1 million USD in 2018. Apply now for mentoring and get funding for your business and innovative ideas.

Four entrepreneurs from Nigeria have won a total of $350,000 from 2015-2018, and have created hundreds of jobs. Apply and be the next winner.

Health and Nutrition

Talent Management

Leisure and Tourism

The African Entrepreneurship Award is powered by BMCE Bank of Africa. The goal of the African Entrepreneurship Award is to inspire African entrepreneurs – living in Africa and abroad – to develop businesses across the African continent, creating jobs that improve lives.

Eligibility

You, the entrepreneur, must meet the following criteria as you submit your business proposal:

You must be a citizen of an African country

You must be a minimum of 18 years old as of October 1, 2016

Your business must be applicable in an African country

Your business must be relevant to the award categories.
