Rentopolis, a leading company in short rentals, was chosen by Google among the startups with the highest potential in the travel industry.
Rentopolis will be part of a customized program on strategic and operational marketing activities receiving advice, support and actions targeted for both brand awareness and lead campaigns generation, in Italy and worldwide.
The program will list 6 months starting by the end of January 2019 coordinated and supervised from the Headquarter Europe in Dublin.

Already a few days before the crowdfunding campaign ends on Mamacrowd platform Rentopolis has doubled his target aiming now to reach the maximum of 300.000 euros.
The company founded by Stefano Bettanin and Angelo Santangelo can count already around 400 locations situated in Italy and rest of the world (of which 90 in Miami and 60 in Dubai). Partnerships in France and the USA are currently on their way to be finalized for further network expansion with the prior goal to reach the 700 apartments managed within 3 years.
Driven by the Airbnb phenomenon with over 200.000 private real estate advertisements in just one year in Italy, the market of short-term rental is quickly increasing. The intensity of this expanding market impacted Airbnb business which started considering to the enlargement of its business model, entering directly into the real estate management market through startup acquisitions, such as Luxury Retreats (a platform based in Canada for luxury home rentals) and more recently Luckey Homes (which operates in France and Canada with 1,500 apartments).
Rentopolis’s professional team located throughout the area, simplify the property management (from check-in to payments) even for small owners and without fixed costs. The use of an efficient digital platform, will automatize many bureaucratic and fiscal burdens and will dynamically set the price in order to maximize the income considering the competition, season and many other factors.
Rentopolis will also publish and promote the properties on over 40 online websites (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Home Away) welcoming the customer with cutting-edge technologies (like: an home automated access to tablet that allows the customers to book the restaurant or theater, choose itineraries of the territory or rent a car directly from the apartment).
With the crowdfunding campaign launched on Mamacrowd, Rentopolis is offering everyone the opportunity to become partners, even with just a small share you can play a part in the mission: to professionally develop the tourism industry and to let Italy stands out as “an avant-garde country”, able to intercept the new world’s holidays trends.
There is the possibility to join Rentopolis crowdfunding campaign with a minimum amount of 500 euros. Rewards will reach up to 30% of the invested capital, allowing the investor to choose between “zero commissions” (for those who already are or intend to become partners with their own apartments) or to use free reservations in one of the Rentopolis properties in Italy and not only.
