Onuegbu, angel investor, heralds theme on funding startups at WACC 2016

Founder and Executive Vice Chairman of Signal Alliance Limited, Collins Onuegbu, is to herald the theme on funding startups at the 8th edition of the West Africa Convergence Conference –WACC 2016.

Onuegbu will be speaking on ‘Funding &Sustaining Nigeria’s Startups Ecosystem’ at the Session on ‘Fostering the Ecosystem for New Drivers of Convergence/Disruptive Technologies in Nigeria.’ The event holds 30th of November inside the Sheraton Hotel and Towers, Ikeja, Lagos. WACC starts at 8AM.

Onuegbu leads at Sasware, an investment subsidiary of Signal Alliance that provides seed fund for technology and technology-enabled start-ups and those in their growth phase. He is also a director of Lagos Angel Network (LAN) to effectively strengthen his theme-talk on startup funding at WACC 2016 being anchored by nHub of Jos and Qitech Technologies.

Nhub has gained reputation as a community of budding tech entrepreneurs and innovators in Jos, Plateau State to become the pathfinder-ecosystem for startups in central and northern Nigeria. The startup session at WACC will be exposing developers and tech entrepreneurs to LAN’s “business expertise and strategic connections to help startups get investment and transit to the next stage of their business growth.”

WACC 2016 will be expressing Startup Voices from Yaba, Abuja,  and Jos.  ‘Techspirations’ – Remarks are expected from Founder/Chairman, Zinox Technologies, Chief Leo Stan Ekeh; Co-founder/Chairman, Sidmach,Mr. Chijioke Anthony Eke; Founder/CEO, Precise Financial System (PFS),Mr. YeleOkeremi; CEO/Board Member, Internet Solutions & President, ATCON, Mr. OlusolaTeniola; Chairma, Qitech Technologies Limited, Dr Sola Afolabi; and  Founder/CEO, Nhub,Mr. Daser David.
